Powerline/Pioneer project area will be decommissioned. Approximately 4.96 miles will be decommissioned and 1.23 miles converted to a non-motorized trail. Road-to-Trail conversion of road 12N83 and non-system road 12N83.2 will allow mountain bike and hiking uses to continue.
