Document Description
The proposed project would replace existing surface parking lots and construct a four-star hotel with related parking garage on San Francisco's Northern Waterfront. The new hotel would be six stories tall (about 65 feet in height), and the parking garage would be three stories and about 34 feet tall. The site, which is approximately 110,000 square feet, is on the northern edge of the San Francisco Financial District, at The Embarcadero.
