Document Description
The City of Sacramento, Department of Utilities, is proposing to construct an 8.5+/- acre detention pond (joint use soccer/baseball field facility) on 9.5+/- acres located within the Cosumnes River College campus. Improvements include construction of the detention pond, installation of additional landscaping, fencing, parking, and a recreational jogging trail. The primary purpose of the project is to alleviate flooding problems within the area. A secondary purpose of the project will be for recreational uses, including soccer and baseball.
