The proposed project is a Site Development Permit to allow the construction of approximately 195,827 square feet of mini-storage uses in four buildings on the 5.02 acre parcel. The four buildings will consist of two one-story buildings, one two-story building and one three-story building. The project would also include parking, driveways, and landscaping, as required by the City of San Jose.
