Document Description
The project entails pavement widening, signalization, and striping in the Caltrans right-of-way at the intersection of SR 32 and El Monte Avenue. The road widening will require lengthening of culverts and placement of fill material within the State right-of-way. The widening will also require a minor right-of-way dedication to the County of Butte. Pavement widening will facilitate the addition and improvement of turning lanes. The proposed project would improve access across SR 32, and to and from Marsh Junior High School, the planned municipal recreation center, and future planned residential developments in the immediate area.
