Document Description
The Aspen Creek Subdivision project entails development of 314 residential units, 16 commercial and/or light industrial lots, and one approximately four acre City park in the southeast area of the City of Weed. The project also creates a number of parcels that will allow future development of multi-family residential, a hotel, a restaurant, and/or small retail. There was a general plan amendment and zoning ordinance revision associated with the project to accommodate residential and commercial development, as well as the establishment of open space, on undeveloped lands previously zoned and designated for industrial use.
