Document Description
The Magnolia Place Project (Project) includes a proposal to reconfigure existing lot lines to create 22 resulant lots; to develop 20 single-family lots; and to construct 20 single-family homes and other associated site improvements (i.e., streets, stormwater drainage and utility infrastructure, etc.) on an approximately 11-acre site in the City of Half Moon Bay (City) that is currently undeveloped. Two open space parcels totaling 2.3 acres are proposed as part of the Project. One of the parcels would be used as a stormwater detention basin that would be managed as wetland habitat, and is approximately 1 acre. Another parcel that is approximately 1.3 acres will be left as open space, and is proposed to be dedicated to the City for future development and use as a park.
