Document Description
The project described herein is specific to approval of a grazing lease on 370 acres of undeveloped lands within the Stillwater Business Park (SBP). Livestock grazing will be managed pursuant to a Grazing Management Plan prepared for the site. A Request for Proposals was advertised, bids were accepted, and a candidate was ultimately approved by the Redding City Council on October 4, 2011. Approval of the grazing lease by the City Council is related to the SBP project, for which an EIR, Findings, and Statement of Overriding Considerations were prepared and approved.
