Document Description
The project is a 700 acre, large parcel business park. There are approximately 349 acres of developable lands and 300 acres of open space. The core development area consists of a backbone road and utility infrastructure, and 16 conceptual parcels of 3 to 100 acres in size. About 200 acres of the open space area consists of wetlands and sensitive species habitat preserve to be protected by conservation easement.
