Document Description
The applicants request approval for a Use Permit to construct and operate an unstaffed cellular transmission site with facilities to include a 35-foot high monopole antenna support structure supporting two flush-mounted non-reflective panel antennas (each panel 56 inches high x 8 inches wide x 2.75 inches deep). A single flat panel microwave antenna (24 inches high x 24 inches wide x 2 inches deep). The utility monopole would be the same type of wood pole structure as the electrical transmission poles on the property. The project also includes construction of an equipment shelter (8 feet wide x 14 feet long x 10 feet high). All these facilities would be within a 0.06-acre, or 50-foot x 50-foot (2,500 square foot) fenced area within a 143-acre parcel. The proposed personal communications system (PCS) uses digital technology.
