Document Description
A 150-foot pedestrian bridge over Pilarcitos Creek connecting Strawflower Shopping Center to Pilarcitos Avenue with related improvements and a sidewalk along the driveway into the Strawflower Shopping Center, a 10-foot wide pedestrian/bicycle gravel/chipseal trail with one foot decomposed granite shoulders from Strawflower Shopping Center under Highway 1 along the north side of Pilarcitos Creek, a detention basin to treat stormwater from Highway 1 and Highway 92, interpretive areas, fencing along the trail, lighting at the end of the trails and under Highway 1, and restoration plantings.
