The Alston Park Master Plan addresses recreation facility needs and open space concerns, including a trail system. The Master Plan combines opportunities for a variety of active and low intensity outdoor recreation experiences emphasizing the peacefulness evoked by the open space character of the Park and the panoramic views from the Park over the City of Napa Valley. The Park user's experience will occur in one shared setting that serves three districts, but interrelated themes: open space, stewardship/education, recreation.
