Document Description
The Project involves construction of a new two-lane County roadway to alleviate congestion in downtown Weaverville by connecting SR 299 in the southeast end of town of SR 3 at the northern end of Weaverville. The project described in this Agreement is limited to the impacts this roadway will have on the streams and wetlands it crosses and or impacts, as well as restored or created wetlands and riparian areas. The Agreement includes construction of a new bridge over East Weaver Creek, two new box culverts in Lance Gulch, a 24' culvert placed in an unnamed tributary to Lance Gulch, and grading/filing various jurisdictional channels and wetlands.
