Document Description
Construction of a 1,177 square foot public visitor center adjacent to the existing Arastradero Preserve parking lot. The structure will provide work space for park rangers, stewards and volunteers, storage space for habitat restoration tools, public restrooms, and a public meeting room for education and orientation of visitors and volunteers. The building has been designed with "green" construction techniques and will involve a minimum of excavation or soil disturbance at the site.
