Document Description
The 178+/- acre project site will be re-zoned to Planned Development Industrial (PD-101-003) and subdivided into approximately 38 lots for development of offices, research institutions, warehousing, manufacturing and limited business supporting commercial uses. The project will provide 2.58 to 2.9 million sq.ft. of development and includes the construction of corresponding public infrastructure.
