Document Description
The Oaks Business Park project is intended to provide an environment exclusively for, and conducive to, the development of modern professional and administrative facilities, offices, research institutions, and manufacturing operations. The total project site consists of approximately 177.58 gross acres of undeveloped land. The site is to be subdivided (pursuant to the Subdivision Map Act) and improved with approximately 35 to 40 buildable parcels ranging in size from approximately 1.5 acres to 16 acres, with correlating public infrastructure to serve such development.
