The project is a Grading Abatement. The application proposes to restore a creek that has been damaged from previous grading activities. The project consists of the removal of large blocks of concrete rubble, asphalt tailings and other debris from the bed and bank of the creek. Rock and rip-rap stabilization will be used in areas where the bank of the creek has been eroded.
