Document Description
Review of the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) proposal to add down drains to the culvert inlets on the north side of State Route (SR) 88 and add Rock Slope Protection (RSP) to the culvert outlets. The north side of the highway has begun to erode from heavy flows of snowmelt and storm-water runoff that is undermining the roadbed. The project is designed to improve the stability and safety of the existing SR 88 shoulder.
