On December 13, 2001, Occidental Community Services District (Occidental) filed with the State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) an application to appropriate 0.16 cubic foot per second year-round from an offset well contiguous to the Russian River in Sonoma County. The purpose of this project is to provide water to the Community of Occidental via connection to the Camp Meeker system.
