The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (#R3-2000-0790) pursuant to Section 1601 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Bill Williamson, Santa Cruz Department of Public Works. The applicant proposes to repair an embankment slip out on Lompico Road by removing approximately 142 cubic yards of earth, reconstructing an existing concrete crib wall and constructing a new concrete crib wall. The project is located at Lompico Road P.M. 2.2, approximately 2 miles north of the intersection of Lompico Road and Zayante Road.
