Document Description
The Remedial Action Plan calls for natural attenuation of gasoline, benzene, ethylbenzene, toluene, xylene, and methyl tert butyl ether (MtBE) in soils, groundwater, and surface water. Future construction or development activities onsite will be limited so as to avoid any possible negative impacts on human health. Adequate groundwater monitoring will occur for two years and surface water monitoring will be for five years to provide documentation of continuing natural attenuation of the petroleum contaminated soils and groundwater.
