Document Description
The Northern California Power Agency intends to implement a weather modification program in the North Fork Stanislaus River watershed above Spicer Meadow Reservoir. It would perform cloud seeding during the November 1 through May 31 period to augment winter snowfall in the higher elevations of the watershed. The augmented snowpack would enhance public water supply and hydroelectric power production during spring and summer runoff periods.
