Document Description
Change the permitted hours of landfill operations and receipt of permitted, non-hazardous wastes from commercial and contract haulers to 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Increase the amount of friable asbestos disposed at the site from 435 tons per month to 2,500 tons per month. Reclassify DM-9.1 as a Class II waste pile and designate a Land Treatment Unit to store and dry wastewater treatment plant sludges. Recognize the use of alternative daily cover materials, consistent with 27 CCR 20690. Update wood handling procedures.
