Document Description
The proposed project consists of the construction of approximately 1300 linear feet of 54 inch +/- underground storm drain to convey a portion of stormwater flows in Starr Creek Tributary No. 7 from Wild Oak Drive to Windsor River Road, including manholes, an inlet structure upstream of Wild Oak Drive, the undergrounding of approximately 40 linear feet of open channel across the front yard of an existing residential parcel, and an outlet structure downstream of Windsor River Road; replacement of an existing 36 inch roadway culvert at the crossing of Starr Creek Tributary No. 7 under the entrance drive to Keiser Community Park with a 54 inch +/- culvert; curb, gutter, sidewalk, and roadway improvements to alleviate inadequate drainage along Oak Park Street from Wild Oak Drive to Windsor River Road; approximately 400 linear feet of ancillary 18 inch +/- storm drains, including inlets; and the relocation of existing utility facilties and acquisition of property rights and permits necessary to accomplish the project.
