The DFG is issuing an Amendment pertaining to 5 encroachments: (a construct an irrigation pump and outfall structure, b) remove existing levee to expand floodplain and develop off-site wetlands, c) install a 24 inch in-channel diameter pipe near the southern end of the enhancement ponds, d) install a 12 inch diameter in-channel irrigation pipe near the northerly end of the enhancement ponds, and e) construct a temporary bridge crossing.
