Document Description
The project will involve upgrading the WWTF by 1) replacing the extended aeration to an activated sludge aeration treatment process, and 2) installing a nutrient removal and ultraviolet disinfection system. The project will also include constructing a storage lagoon, offsite mitigation measures, and an outfall structure. The project will increase the peak wet weather design flow of the WWTF from 3 million gallons per day to 7 mgd.
