Document Description
The DEIR analyzes the environmental impacts associated with the annexation of 538 acres and General Plan Amendment for the construction and operation of a proposed business park that includes the following land uses: Office of Research and Development, Commercial, a Golf Course and Open Space. On and off-site facilities for the conveyance of potable and recycled water are proposed as is an on-site wastewater recycling facility.
