Document Description
Capistrano Unified School District (CUSD) proposes to develop a new public elementary school within the City of Laguna Niguel. Laguna Niguel Elementary School will be constructed on 7.7 usable acres, with 47,584 sf of building area, which will accommodate grades kindergarten through fifth. The project site will accommodate a total school capacity of 750 pupils.
