The proposed project consists of adjusting the existing lot lines of two legal parcels of 161.37 acres (APN's 155-200-081, 155-200-082, Existing Lot 1) and 105.8 acres (APN 155-200-084 Existing Lot 2). The proposed adjustment involves a transfer of 5.8 acres from Lot 2 to Lot 1. Reconfigured Lot 1 will be 167.17 acres. Reconfigured Lot 2 will be 100 acres. Existing Lot 1 is comprised of open space, trails, avocado trees and pasture area and is currently developed with a single family dwelling.
