Document Description
The proposed project consists of removal of 23 buildings along the 12th Street alignment, between Highway 1 and 4th Avenue, including barracks and administrative buildings, most of which have been abandoned, in order to construct the 12th Street Roadway project (covered in a separate EA/IS). The building removal project consists of the following elements: salvage, demolition and removal of 23 buildings; disposal of the materials from the demolition; and capping and removal of existing utilities. The proposed project does not involve any grading or other earthwork.
