Amendments to AVAPCD Rule 1110.2 update emissions limits, record keeping, equipment specifications and provide exemptions for federal Non-road engines and ICEs permitted under the California Portable Equipment Restoration Program. Modernizing the provisions of the rule brings the 1994 "electrification concept" rule into line with current AVAPCD goals, policies and procedures. Expired implementation dates are eliminated. Outdated emissions control plans are no longer required.
