General Plan designations: Residential (various types and densities). Retail Business and Office, Automotive Park, Industrial Business Park, and Public Facilities and Institutions. Existing zoning reflects these General Plan designations.
Document Description
The proposed action will result in administrative and financial changes to the existing Redevelopment Plan, including: 1) Extending the time limit for which the Agency may establish indebtness to finance redevelopment activities in the Project Area to January 1, 2014; 2) Extending the time limit for which the Agency may commence eminent domain proceedings within the Project Area to June, 2013; 3) Updating the Redevelopment Plan Map to reflect recent changes to the General Plan Land Use Diagram. The proposed action will not alter the boundaries of the Project Area.
