General Plan designations: Residential (various types and densities). Retail Business and Office, Automotive Park, Industrial Business Park, and Public Facilities and Institutions. Existing zoning reflects these General Plan designations.
Document Description

Extending the time limit for which the Agency may establish indebtness to finance redevelopment activities in the Project Area to January 1, 2014; 2.) Extending the time limit in which the Agency may commence eminent domain proceedings within the Project Area to June, 2013; 3.) Updating the Redevelopment Plan Map to reflect recent changes to the General Plan Land Use Diagram. The proposed action will not alter the boundaries of the Project Area. Although no development or construction is proposed at this time, the continued implementation of the Redevelopment Plan is expected to facilitate commercial, industrial/manufacturing, public and residential development in the Project Area in conformance with the Riverside General Plan and the Casa Blanca Community Plan, to address various environmental issues, and to mitigate existing public infrastructure system deficiencies.
