The proposed General Plan Amendment and Otay Ranch General Development Plan Amendment 2001 includes the following project elements:
. Reconfiguration of Village boundaries;
. Realignment and reclassification of circulation element roads;
. Reorganization of land use designations; and
. Amendments to the Otay Ranch Village Phasing Plan
The proposed project also includes implementation of the proposed Village 11 Sectional Planning Area (SPA) Plan, and a conceptual tentative map.
