Document Description
The proposed project involves an amendment (the First Amendment) to the Project Area No. 4 Redevelopment Plan. The proposed Project consists of the following elements: 1) the extension of the twelve-year time limit on the commencement of eminent domain proceedings to acquire property for future redevelopment within the Project Area. The affected area, referred to as the Eminent Domain Expansion Area, consists of 34.7 acres; and 2) the expansion of existing Project Area's boundaries by adding two areas (referred to herein as Added Area 1 and Added Area 2) located in distinct areas adjacent to the Project Area. The two areas have a combined land area of 86.4 acres.
