Proposed land uses include a shopping center, offices, plus buildings designed to accommodate research and development activities, and a Kaiser Permanente hospital and medical office facility, with supporting uses. Together, the project's buildings will total a maximum of approximately 3.7 million square feet of floor area in four distinct land use areas.
