Document Description
The proposed project is a subdivision of two contiguous lots totaling 5.09 acres into four parcels of approximately 1 acre. The project site has been previously disturbed and a natural drainage exists to the east of the property. The project will be accessed by the Vista Grande. The Vista Irrigation District will provide potable water and all lots will be provided with a septic system. Fire service will be provided by the Vista Fire Protection District. The project lies within the Vista Unified School District.
