An amendment to the Growth Management Ordinance (GMO - Title 26) adding a new section establishing a different residential growth rate for The Woodlands Specific Plan Area from that already established in the GMO. The amendment would allow project buildout (1,320 residential units) to occur within a 15-year period, in accordance with the adopted Specific PLan, rather than at the slower rate of 2.3% per year as would otherwise be required by Title 26.
