Privately owned parcels, slated acquisition for the landfill, are planned as open space and currently zoned residential. Rezoning of these parcels occurs as they are acquired.

Document Description
Proposed changes include an increase in facility acreage from 122 to 147 acres, increase in disposal acreage from 98 to 122, an increase in capacity from 13.1 million to 23 million cubic yards, and a changed in estimated closure year from 2028 to 2048.
