The revised permit includes the following: * Increasing the permitted acreage from 116.22 total acres, 77 disposal to 121.17 total acres, 77 disposal acres; * Increasing the permitted tonnage from 395 peak tons per day to 1,100 tons per day. * Increasing the permitted traffic from 30 vehicles per day to 440 vehicles per day. * Adding a construction and demolition processing facility; * Adding a green waste chipping and grinding operation;
