Document Description
The project involves dedication of a 1.5-acre park to the City, the granting of various easements to the City, the acceptance of Fairway Drive into the City maintained street system after completing minor roadway improvements, and the application of an overlay/slurry seal to the parking lot at the Western Hills clubhouse. The 1.5-acre park site would be open to the public as a passive park and may include security lighting, a tot lot, a picnic area with barbecue, an open play area, and up to a maximum of 20 parking spaces.
