The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2004-0210-R5 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Jared Hart, Santa Barbara County Public Works. The applicant proposes to remove debris under culverts and bridges, remove silt within 50 feet of facilities, pruning vegetation, minor repair to existing facilities.
