Document Description
he project is limited to removing or modifying debris basins to improve fish passage. The Amendment removes activities at Cold Creek Springs Debris Basin, Rattlesnake Creek Debris Basin, and San Ysidro Debris Basin and adds modifications to Romero Debris Basin. Modifications at Romero Debris Basin include partially removing the existing dam embankment and culvert, constructing a new outlet structure with a roughened rock ramp energy dissipater, and creating a pilot channel upstream of the outlet. Six coast live oak trees will be removed during construction and replaced with 70 coast live oak plantings.
