Document Description
CDFW is intending to execute a Streambed Alteration Agreement (#1600-2015-0053-R5) pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, the Santa Barbara County Flood Control District. The project proposes to temporarily and permanently impact an unknown acreage of streambed/lake due to various maintenance tasks that are determined and conducted on an annual basis. The majority of the project activities proposed will result in temporary impacts to vegetated habitat using a 1:1 acreage to replacement ratio. A 3:1 acreage replacement ratio will be applied for permanent impacts.
