The project requests a Minor Use Permit to allow a 35-foot high cellular communications tower and associated modular equipment building. The facility will be located within a fenced 800 square foot lease area with perimeter landscaping. The facility site is located on an existing 5.23-acre site with an existing single-family residence on its eastern portion. The project consists of placement of three sectors of four panel antennas mounted on a monopole, connected to a 10' x 20' x 10' equipment shelter. A 200 square foot equipment building is to be located adjacent to the pole.
