The proposed project is two parcels at the southwest corner of Van Nuys Boulevard and Beachy Avenue, specifically 14210 Van Nuys Boulevard, in the community of Pacoima, within the City and County of Los Angeles. Los Angeles Unified School District proposes to build 2 and 3 story facilities with 64 classrooms, a library, an auditorium, gymnasium, offices, a cafeteria and food area, and underground parking.
