Document Description
A request to construct six new industrial buildings and expand an existing industrial building as well as site modifications to include access, circulation, parking, and landscape improvements, in conjunction with parcel reconfiguration from 14 parcels to 7 parcels at an approximately 61 acre site generally located west of Knott Avenue, between the Fullerton Creek Flood Control Channel and the Buena Park Storm Channel. Four new industrial buildings are proposed ranging from 32,510 sq.ft. to 158,000 sq.ft. with expansion of an existing industrial building from 661,374 sq.ft. to 706,374 sq.ft. at 6565 Knott Avenue. Two new industrial buildings consisting of 34,250 sq.ft. and 51,500 sq.ft. are proposed on properties located on the south side of Caballero Boulevard, approximately 1,350 ft. west of Knott Avenue. The properties are located in the MH (Heavy Industrial) zone.
