Document Description
The Tentative Parcel Map proposes splitting one parcel into two parcels. Parcel 1 will remain a little league field and horse-riding ring. Parcel 2 will be developed into one single-family lot. Access will be taken off of Russell Road. Water service will be provided by Helix Water District, sewer service will be provided by Otay Water District, and fire service will be provided by San Miguel Consolidated Fire Protection District. A Major Use Permit Modification will be required to eliminate Parcel 2 from the Major Use Permit, which is still operational.
