Document Description
The project proposes to subtract out the top portion of the property, Parcel 2, from the Major Use Permit and to develop the site into a single-family residence. A residence is allowed by right in the project's designated zone-RR1 Use Regulation. The Major Use Permit Modification is required because the original Major Use Permit (P48-007) is still operational. The Tentative Parcel Map proposes splitting one parcel into two parcels. In Parcel 1 there will remain a little league field and horse-riding ring. Parcel 2 will be developed into one single-family lot. Access will be taken off of Russell Road. Water service will be provided by Helix Water District, sewer service will be provided by Otay Water District, and fire service will be provided by San Miguel Consolidated Fire Protection District.
