Document Description
The project consists of development of the Pacific Gateway Business Center with 663,100 square feet of light manufacturing, research and development and warehouse land uses. The project also includes removal of existing uses, grading (including import of approximately 150,000 cubic yards of material), construction of road and intersection improvements (including a new public street and completion of an existing street), partial undergrounding of existing SCE transmission facilities, wet/dry utility systems and drainage facilities construction, and construction of six low-rise two-story buildings with parking areas, landscaping and project signs. A tentative Parcel Map (Vesting) is also being concurrently processed.
